| The Philadelphia Spirit Fast Pitch Softball, a non-profit organization, has been in existence since 1991. Our long history of an established softball program has a foundation built by commitment and dedication of volunteers serving the youth of our communities. The Spirit is one of only a few organizations representing our area's female athletes through tournament fast pitch softball and is guided by the rules and regulations of the ASA - Amateur Softball Association, NSA - National Softball Association and PONY - Protect Our Nation's Youth. The goal of the Philadelphia Spirit is to continue to give each young women the opportunity to play the best fast pitch softball available and to emphasize that education and sports can work together. It takes commitment and team work, on and off the field, by coaches, parents and the players to get the job done! |
